Customer Service Dissapointing

  • Summary: Within two months, the HDMI port (labeled SAT/CABLE) died. I called Denon Customer Service and after lucklustre response, they asked me to send it to Norman's Electronics for repairs. Well, it has been two months and I have not received my receiver back. They are saying once HDMI port dies, it is a matter of time before all ports die; therefore, they have to replace the whole electronic board (whatever it is).
