Summary: This is a fantastic port. I'm a huge fan of the Metal Gear franchise and Snake Eater is probably my favorite game of all. This game is a great place to start for people new to the series. I won't go over the plot since that's been talked to death. This is a faithful port of subsistence/mgs3 from the hd collection. The controls are simple enough but the game is also compatible with the circle pad pro if you like using it.
Summary: its a very nice game the plot is great and easy to follow if you haven't played the series before and gameplay is very smooth. The controls take a little bit to get used to but not impossible. Graphics are good for the 3ds. Its a great game to have for someone that wants something more mature in your collection , you won't regret this game if you follow the series or want to try something new.
Summary: The game is almost the same in every way as the PS2 version, except the controls. Its very hard to get used to, and some actions are nigh-impossible to perform with the limited controls. Still has a nostalgic factor though.
Summary: I'm really happy with how they did this game. I enjoyed it greatly on the PS2 but never really had time to play it and beat it. So I decided I would get it on the amazing 3DS and it was a great choice indeed! A great game, great graphics, great game play, and the 3D is purely awesome. I love every second of the game, every cut scene is so intense to watch. I can tell you the game cart hasn't been ejected from my 3DS ever since I bought it.
Summary: Ok i love mgs3 and i was excited to have peace walker controls in my mgs3. but the game is totally disappointing compared to the original mgs3 (including the hd collection). For starters the gameplay i love the crouch walking it makes stealth a blast however the difficulty does not compensate for it so you will be blasting through the entire game without much of a challenge. the entire game is a cake walk and you never feel the tension the original had.
