Summary: The game is almost the same in every way as the PS2 version, except the controls. Its very hard to get used to, and some actions are nigh-impossible to perform with the limited controls. Still has a nostalgic factor though.
Summary: Ok i love mgs3 and i was excited to have peace walker controls in my mgs3. but the game is totally disappointing compared to the original mgs3 (including the hd collection). For starters the gameplay i love the crouch walking it makes stealth a blast however the difficulty does not compensate for it so you will be blasting through the entire game without much of a challenge. the entire game is a cake walk and you never feel the tension the original had.
Summary: i thought it could have been educational, maybe metallic gears, something to do with engineering or physics (someone told me this game had a good engine) nope, no snakes either. i have a pet toad but it ran away. anyways turns out this was quite a fun game. you get to punch a croc and shoot bee hives with your pistol. you slash up the croc for some meat which fills up your health. quite gruesome, but fun. then i got shot to death by neverending soldiers.
Summary: I loved Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater when it came out for the PS2. Playing it in 3-D just adds to its already great gameplay. Touch screen functions on the 3DS also gives the game a very unique feel. I would like to add that I never played this game without using a Circle Pad Pro, so I am to sure how well it plays without it. I wouldn't like playing the game without it I would imagine.
