I love the gameplay

Selik Rune, Amazon
17 January 2015
  • Summary: I love the gameplay, but I never got far. The game holds your hand WAAY too much for my liking. I don't like being told how to do something that I've been doing the entire game (via interrupting NPCs).

A bit frusterating

Koinonia, Amazon
14 January 2015
  • Summary: Game is a bit frustrating...seems to be a slower paced game....there are a ton of demos on how to do everything. I am not a game player but asked my son if I could try and I was frustrated even over all the tutorials, you can opt out of them but yawn it is a lot.

Meh - not my cup of tea

Jennifer L. Allen "OutdoorGirl83", Amazon
6 January 2015
  • Summary: I got this thinking it would be similar to Mario 2 or Super Mario Brothers. It isn't. Although some reviewers found the story to be cute and engaging, I found it annoying. I use my 3DS as mindless entertainment to unwind after a hard day and get my mind back in order.

Another fun Mario and lungi game in the series

fragglish, Amazon
26 December 2014
  • Summary: Another fun Mario and lungi game in the series. Pros: graphic, good use of 3d effect, fun battles, good concept. Cons: dragging story, instruction overload, can be rather tedious at times

Must have for "Mario and Luigi" fans, recommended for Mario RPG game fans too.

J. Bunton, Amazon
10 December 2014
  • Summary: Dream Team is one of the best games I own on 3DS. It provides a very lengthy story line and layers of worlds to explore. I'm a grown adult male but I am hooked on the "Mario and Luigi" RPG games. It is a series that our whole family can enjoy.

For those that love Mario and Luigi this game is a ton of ...

Ashley Spain, Amazon
10 September 2014
  • Summary: For those that love Mario and Luigi this game is a ton of fun. it's a different take on Mario in more an an open world RPG rather than the linear game play of the original Mario. Note for parents: This is a word intensive game. You need to have a child that can read to play it.

A Good, but Very Difficult Game

Classic GameFan1991, Amazon
18 August 2014
  • Summary: This game is very difficult for a game that doesn't take itself seriously. I play it for relaxing fun, but its pretty obvious now that just because it is an RPG with Mario in it and a silly plot doesn't mean that the game will be easy either.

The best game in the series!!!

Alycia Tillman, Amazon
24 July 2014
  • Summary: I have played all the Mario and Luigi games, but have never finished any of them. They always start out really fun but then they just drag on and I lose interest in them. That is not true for this game. I honestly believe this one is the best one in the series.
