Good game, but the first month, Dunhill, and Neil...

Summary: When I first popped this game in, I was totally excited! Then I quickly got bored because Dunhill and the Harvest Sprites kept killing me with mind numbing tutorials. Now don't get me wrong, I like tutorials but not when they last a month! The whole time I could see the potential for freedom and fun but Dunhill still had me tied up. After that first month things really picked up and I could not put the game down.
Summary: Honestly I've been a fan of Harvest Moon since the N64 era... so a long time haha! This has not been a disappointment at all thus far. The game is very fun, the "dating" system was always one of my favorite things about the game and I'm happy that you get to continue that and have a lot of choices!
Summary: Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to jump off a horse and catch a butterfly in mid air? It's basically the most amazing feeling in the world. What else can I say about this Harvest Moon. It's very similar to all the others. I found the 3D option a bit too much since this game is repetitive and I typically play for way too many hours straight. If you haven't played a Harvest Moon game in a while then you'll definitely notice some changes.
Summary: I've always been a huge fan of the Harvest Moon series, and this has got to be one of my favorite ones yet! There are so many things going on simultaneously that you have to get done, I love feeling like there's not enough time in a day to do everything I'd like to, so prioritizing is key. From what I've written so far, I take it it's easy to gather I was not the biggest fan of Animal Parade's heavily drawn out game-hours that seemed to never end.
Summary: I've played many harvest moon games and harvest moon ds cute is the best for me. I don't usually like mentioning other games in a review but since it's the spinoff, I think I can get away with it. First off the game starts out excessively slow. I think even if I had never played a harvest moon game, it still seems like they're trying to murder you with tutorials. And it's a big turnoff. As someone else said.
Summary: This is a wonderfully made game for those that have played any of the harvest moon titles. The added story to the game makes it even better, but there are drawbacks to this game. The 3D graphics are rather disappointing, and the game moves along so slowly that it was difficult for me to stay hooked to it. The day-to-day tasks were fun to take care of, but it just took too long to start really rebuilding the town.
This game really sets the bar for Harvest Moon Games!

Summary: I bought this game and Harvest Moon: A Tale Of Two Towns at the same time because who doesn't like Harvest Moon games? I actually really really enjoyed this game compared to A Tale Of Two Towns. Like A Tale Of Two Towns, it gives you a new feel to Harvest Moon Games. In this game you actually rebuild the town yourself while managing your farm. You literally build almost everything in this game.
Summary: Finally got my childhood game back! I believe this is better than "Two Tales" and "Lost Valley". Ever since this came in the mail, I couldn't stop playing! This game is casual and fun! It is recommended for all ages and people who love lifestyle games. Love this game!
Summary: Fun game, I got pretty into it, but I just sort of stopped playing it. I would definitely recommend it though, if you're committed. In fact, just writing this makes me want to play it. Maybe I'll pick it up again.
